The operator of allbuttpics.com is not the primary "producer" of any photos or videos of explicit sexual or simulated sexual acts that may be shown there. The activities of owners and operators of the website are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting of content, which may be sexually explicit, that is provided by third-party users. All parts of the website that present user-provided content are under the control of the associated user. The operators of allbuttpics.com are therefore absolved from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as established in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
